So many great ideas! Thanks Ladies :) I just hope I can get all of this stuff to Mexico!! What is everyone else's plan of action to get their welcome bags to their destination? Moon Palace in Mexico will not let you ship ANYTHING there. I'm hoping my wedding party will help out with some of this??

My FI and I are arriving on the Wednesday before the wedding and assembling our bags ourselves. (We are shipping our stuff down a month earlier than the wedding). We are having a Meet and Greet at the Rum Bar at the Resort for a Happy Hour on Thursday (the day when most people will arrive), so everyone can meet and see who all is there. There, we will be giving out the bags ourselves to make it a little more personal. (and save about $3 per bag for the resort to deliver them)
Most resorts will be able to give you a list of your guests and room numbers once you get doen there if you wanted to go door to door yourself.
I've heard of people handing them out prior to even going to their destination.

We made out STD cards at Zazzle.com you can upload the pic for the front and customize the writing on the back. We even did a custom stamp with a picture of the two of us. It was a great hit everyone loved the photo stamp. We ordered 100 cards and 100 stamps total was only $147

Where has everyone gotten their bags? I was thinking of using some I found on Oreintal trading.com but not sure if they are too big. But I was going to give some out prior to us going too Mexico and also seeing who could save some room in their bags to help us get things down to Mexico
