How do I stop these? everyday I have about 60 emails from new thread updates. I went in the UserCP and changed it to don't subscribe to threads, but it didn't seem to change

Go to User CP. Then on the lift towards the bottom is says "list subscriptions." I think you get the option there to disable it. I don't have mine disabled, so I can't see the options....I think that is where though.

Is there a way to turn it off perm.? Or do I have to go into each thread it subscribes me to and turn it off? I deleted 8 pages of subs the other day and today I have another 6 threads to turn off.

I turned off all of the new subscriptions, but you have to manually delete all the others. ICK
