Here's the email of an account mgr. there. I can't speak for Hilton but Dreams didn't mind. They also don't have a formal pricelist that I know of. Just tell what you'd like and they will send pics and quote.

Thank you for the e-mail for Fun and Motivation. I was able to go to your photographer's blog and I saw a few teaser photos of your wedding. You and Maurice looked great and your reception decorations were so pretty. I know you worked with Alejandra at Fun and Motivation. Can I ask you how much did it cost to rent the linens? Your chairs looked great also and those are the chairs we want for our wedding. Did you rent the chairs from them too?

Funny since througout the entire planning process I planned to use F&M. Due to budget constraints I had to adjust my rentals. I ended up going through Sunset Weddings but have a hunch that they use F&M as well. In addition to approx. 100. in delivery, F&M charges $150 in coordination fee (like 15% gratuity i presume). I opted to pay more per chair but less delivery with Sunset Weddings. Alejandra is a joy to work with but when it can time to shave off $1000 or so they were left on the cutting floor.

 

Here's the breakdown: Sunset Weddings vs. F&M

Chairs: $9 vs. $7

Linen: $19 per table vs. $22.50

Napkins : same at $1.50

Chargers: $3.50 vs. N/A

Cylinder centerpiecese: $35. per table / same

Lounge furniture: N/A vs. $175. per set

Cocktail tables: n/A vs. $20 per table

 

The last two entries plus some accent pieces are what I had to remove from my order but thought that I'd include pricing anyway.

Oh yes I forgot to mention... the chivari chairs made such a big difference. I am so glad that I stuck to my guns and made this happen.

 

Also, for the linens keep in mind that even at 22. per table that's a great price for such a distinctive and luxe linen.

Here is the price quote Alejandra gave me for the items I want:

Tiffany chairs USD 5.00 per chair

Lighted white tables USD 20.00 per table

Ottoman USD 18.00 per piece

Please consider these prices plus 10% IVA + USD 85 Delivery charge and 15% set up

Hello-

My pricing was around 1,800 and some including delivery, installation, and pick up, I am getting 3 Coco Sofas, 3 chairs, 10 L shape lounge chairs, 4 tables with a light underneath them, and 3 ottomans, basically enough for 65 people. You can check out everything they have to offer on their website and see exactly how it will look. I shopped around and checked prices from Fun and Motivation, Oxten, my WC at the resort, and then Del Cabo and they had the best looking furniture for a decent price.
