I too am having the same issue with Occidental (although it's with the Allegro Playacar). It seems to take Karina about a week to respond to my questions, but she's very good at responding to all of them.
I'm sure both Occidentals have the same packages, so if you want to talk through anything - let me know! | |

This confused me a little. All I want is a list of what they offer, etc, and maybe a picture or two. Yes I will probably have a few questions for you.
