catering help need?

i am just starting to plan for a may 2008 wedding in cabo....and i was wondering what i do about catering i am thinking about having it in RIU or dreams. so do i contact a company to do catering or how does it work? any recommendations

if you have it at riu or dreams, they have an on staff catering dept. so you don't have to worry about it.

You don't need to get private catering the hotel provides catering for you. Simple and easy.
