Here's a list of the locations...
Rehearsal dinner: La Escollera restaurant
Girls getting ready: Villa Carolina
Ceremony: Iglesia de la Guadalupe Catholic church (downtown Zihuatanejo)
Reception: La Perla restaurant

I'm not sure who he used for the flowers and DJ, but they did a great job.
