Hi, I know there are others out there getting married in the DR... which resorts is everyone choosing??
We're thinking Gran Bahia, Majestic Colonial, and Palladium Punta Cana. But it's so hard to pick!

We are getting married at Ocean Blue in Punta Cana. From what I hear it's an absolutely fantastic spot, and my TA is actually down there right now on a site inspection.

I think we've made a decision! Gran Bahia Punta Cana/Bavaro... now I just have to get on confirming a date!
Are you girls getting legally married in DR or at home? I think we're going to do it at home, but we want to get a nondemonitaionlalala (bla, spelling is hard) to do the ceremony. Anyone doing that?

My sister had a nondenominational do her wedding. It wasnt a DW but in a hall. If we decide on the DR we will get married here. The TA said it would cost around $1100 just to get all the paperwork done!!

It's hard to find all us DR brides  because we are all on the other forum. I am getting married at the Ocean Sand/Blue in Punta Cana on Aug. 14th,2007.
