So I just called Belle Vie in Chicago, which is where I bought my dress, I wanted to talk to them about shipping it to MN when it comes in, since I moved last week. Well, she tells me, "your dress is already in!" As I was getting over my initial shock of "why the heck haven't you called me?" she was explaining that they were going over it to inspect it to make sure everything was as it should be. Fabulous.
So, she's calling me later today to talk about shipping the dress to MN - YAY! I think this is the best option - it's just torture to wait - I am tempted to hop on a place for Chicago! Hopefully I should have it by next week - I might actually make an appointment for alterations next week.
Just had to share!

I'm excited - and will post pics as soon as I can! She is going to call me later today once she's inspected the dress. I am hoping she can ship it right away, and I'd get it by late this week.
But now that I think about it - I am heading out of town this weekend, and I'd hate for the package to sit outside. Hmmm, I wonder if I should have it shipped somewhere else - but where?! So many things to think about ...

does/did anyone else have this overwhelming fear that when they try their dress on, after waiting so long for it to come in, that they won't like it afterall? I have a pit in my stomach that i won't like it after waiting so long. oh lord.
