I have been searching for a vase and kept seeing teh same ones over and over... I found this website and FELL in love with the VENUS VASE.... Here the link if someone is interested...........

Nice! I ordered this one. I like that we can have a photo of us in there and flowers during the ceremony. We plan on using the sand from our wedding so it will have sentimental value and then put a wedding photo in it after we get back. Can't wait to receive it in the mail.

Wow! I love both of those options! Now I can't decide if i want a vase or a picture frame. I love the venus vase but I worry about traveling with it. I wouldn't want it to break or spill...how do you plan to take it? I also love the colors of sand on that website! They are shimmery, which i LOVE! So cute. Thanks!

Well bringing it I plan on filling it with newspaper or something... and when we are traveling home I plan on putting it in my carry on I will probaby secure the sand by shoving papertowels or something in the bottle to make it tight and tape the top on.... I have seen ideas on how to travel back with your vase so I will do some searching to find those threads.........

Of course I stressed about the sand ceremony vase like everything else. My fiance thought I was crazy. Finally he said which one would we want in our house for display and use more often. I'm always trying to find unique things that we will want after the wedding. Here is our ring bearer plate I got a few weeks ago from etsy. It will definitely go on our wall when we get back.
