Casual afternoon by the pool

Ladies,
We are getting married on a Friday evening. We would like to do something the day after, but not something formal.
Gavin doesn't want any waiters or bartenders. he wants to be able to fill coolers with beer and grill.
basically, he wants to have a party in our back yard, but in Mexico.
Is this possible?

your best bet would be to contact the hilton to see if they do something like this because i am not sure if you are allowed to grill on any of the public beaches.
