AHHH - teaser pictures! Those look great - everything turned out beautifully! the color of your BM's dresses is fabulous - i love the aqua color! I can't wait to hear the full review - but I am so behind on posts, maybe you already posted something.

What is the bridal suite like? Did you go over to Las Caletas in the morning, and if so what did you do all day?

Ann, the bridal suite is fabulous!!! I have pics on my camera or maybe they are on my dad's camera, but it is beautiful! I will post pics as soon as I get a chance, we have so many!

We went over early, on the 9am boat, and we went directly up to the bridal suite, then we all just kind of hung around up there relaxing, we ironed the GM shirts and shorts and Ed's pants and shirt, then we went down for lunch. After lunch we explored a little bit, and walked down the beach and I showed the girls where the ceremony would be taking place and did a run through of what was going to happen. After that we went back up to the suite and all sat in the jacuzzi for about an hour, then we showered and it was time to do hair and makeup! Before we knew it we were all dressed and waiting for the boat/photographer to arrive! The day flew by, I definitely recommend going early, as the boat was late arriving with everyone and they really had to rush so that we could have our ceremony before sunset. (more on that in my review later)

The day was perfect, it went by far too fast, and we wish we could do it all over again!

I will work on my review a bit more in the next couple of days and post it hopefully later this week!!!! I have so many things to talk about, I don't want to miss anything!

THe girl in the last pic with us is Nicole - she is great! I can't believe how organized she is, she did an awesome job (more on that later too!)

Anyway, time to hit the hay - I don't want to go back to work tomorrow!!!! sad.gif It's going to be rough after 3 weeks away!!!!!!

Nite ladies!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
