 | Re: atlantis Christine, I went here last october for a trip for work. It is an enormous (like the size of a small town) beautiful resort, but it was sooooo expensive. We had some meetings and awards dinners while we were there, so we didn't have to pay for every meal, but the ones we did have to pay for were really expensive. It's definetly not for anyone on a budget, but it was very nice, huge rooms, nice staff, I bet they do great weddings!

 | Re: atlantis oh the pictures of weddings there are so beautiful, I looked here last year when we were first deciding and the $150 per person min. was way more than our max....but who knows, maybe I can live through someone else.

 | Re: atlantis I know its so much fun to see all the different places people get married, it really makes me want to travel to all of these places too!!
I'm sure they do beautiful weddings, all of the dinners they did for us were top notch, a couple of the dinners we had on one of the outside terraces near the pool and it was so pretty all lit up at night, colored lights everywhere, very tropical.

 | Re: atlantis I'm going to be there in 13 days for my wedding, but will not be getting married there. It is $5000 to get married at Atlantis and they are not negotiable on their wedding package. I am getting married on the beach at the Paradise Island Beach Club for only a fee of $125. I have a wedding coordinator in the Bahamas, and the total package to get married is $3600. I would be happy to refer her if anyone wants her info.
I am so glad the Bahamas is starting to get on this forum! |

congrats! im so excited for you. we got married in palm springs (and vegas, yest 2 weddings) but we honeymooned in the bahamas. we spent most of our time in eleuthera and harbour island. we really prefer to be away from the big touristy type places. have a great time. i so wish we were going back this year! maybe next year. |

 | Re: atlantis Chistine, re: photographer / videography services...
I can imagine most brides would want to be able to book their own photographer rather than getting someone at random...an "Atlantis" photographer :) I heard that if you book w/ Atlantis then you have to hire one of their photogs...
It looks like bonbon78 (above) had the right idea. I wonder how her wedding turned out |
