Hi All!
I'm planning a wedding in Kauai in February 2009. The date and location is still TBD!
Any recommendations on locations, vendors, etc would be greatly appreciated!

Congrats and welcome!
You should check out this resort: Princeville at Hanalei - Luxury Kauai Resort
It's really beautiful. They are renovating it at the moment, and apparently the renovations won't be complete until spring 2009. However, apparently they are still open during the time they are working on it.
Another place you might want to consider is the Sheraton. The website is here: Sheraton Kauai Resort | Wedding Venues
You'll love Kauai. It's a very beautiful island, and I'm sure it will be just perfect for your wedding. I shot a wedding there, and we really enjoyed it. Be sure to take a helicopter tour of the island. That's the best way to see the whole island!

One thing to keep in mind is that February is the rainy season in Kauai, which means there's a good chance that you might have some rain when you're there. So, I would definitely recommend having an indoor option ready for your ceremony/reception "just in case".
