There are a ton of threads on this. Oriental Trading company appears to be the favorite or you can get them at blissweddingmarket.com. They run about $1 per fan.

I was going to say Oriental Trading Company or blissweddingmarket.com.
You still have some time, but if you want these fans, I would suggest ordering them soon, as they tend to go quickly and then you can't order them for awhile until they get more stock. You can also watch some threads, as there are people that may have extra fans that are willing to sell them. That is actually how I got mine, from Kerry who wrote above!
