I am about to book with Claudia Rodriguez, thank you all for recommending her! Her photos on her website are awesome!
I forgot to ask but, is there a fee for bringing her onto the resort? Also, did you guys also use the resort photographer in addition to an outside one (its part of the wedding package)? If you did, were you able to specifiy what event you wanted them to cover -- like just the reception (since claudia will be only covering the ceremony)? I didn't want the two photographers to get in each other's way.

Hi Amy,

I am using Citlalli from Claudia's studio. I don't know yet if you have to pay a guest fee, I still have to ask, but they did say you could bring your own photographer, so I know that parts okay.

I was actually going to try to negotiate with dreams to see if I could get something else instead of the resort photographer, because its not really needed. I was going to ask for the sound system or some money off the DJ or something like that. But I haven't yet.

I think that I already asked this question...and they said that you couldn't exchange the package for anything else..I might be wrong!

Really? I haven't asked yet, someone told me they were flexible, but I don't know HOW flexible they are. If I can't, I can't, and I'll just have a lot of pictures!
