but didn't someone say there is a bar right near the terrace anyway, so you wouldn't really even need your own? this is just a guess, I really have no idea!

Yes there is a bar located at the terrace. You wouldn't really need waitstaff after dinner is cleared.

Looks like I'll have to stick with their florist too. I'm sure they'll do a great job. I just thought I could maybe do it for a little cheaper and with a little more personal attention with an outside vendor. Oh well, in the long run, it will probably make my life simpler.

What are you ladies doing for ceremony music?
I am going to rent the sound system for the ceremony and was thinking maybe some live music during the ceremony would be just beautiful.

I plan on renting the sound system. We're going to keep the ceremony really short and simple, so I don't think I'll be using any music during the actual ceremony...just before and after.

Hi Susan! I think I mistated what I meant... yes, before and after... not while we are going through our vows. So will you use recorded music then? I was considering live music. I wonder how windy it will be there.
