Profile Picture Help!

Can anyone explain to me how to upload my profile picture? When I try to download a file from my computer (jpg file) it says that it is an invalid file. Then when I try to upload a photobucket img or html it says that it can't do it, or that I don't have enough points to complete the action. I have 150 points or so - so, what's the deal? Can anyone help me?

You need to change your Avatar picture.
