Well I am still new here but I can't seem to download some of the templates brides have put up and it keeps telling me that I do not have enough points...
SO my big question is how do you earn points?
How many points do you get for certain things?
Can someone please help me?

you get them by reading and posting in threads.
I'll donate some to you so you can download stuff, I know how helpful all of the templates are! I couldn't have done our wedding with out them.

There are good reasons for the system...be active on here and soon you'll have more points than you know what to do with!

the point system keeps the forum running. without it, we'd have a lot of people joining, taking all the templates & never contributing. that would really slow down the forum.
until you have enough points, bookmark the threads with templates you are interested in. that way once you have enough, you can go back & download them.
also, always save them so you don't have to re-download them.

Thanks to those who donated a few points to me it was a great help...as for being active I am doing my best...but some of the posts I just do not need to add anything too or what i would say has already been said so why say it again.
I guess I will just keep at it. Thanks for all the advice.

I also am new with no points. I only have 5 weeks so I hope I can earn some points! I need help with little details-tags, favors, etc. Good luck! I will keep trying to earn in the meantime!
