This past weekend I did a test run t-shirt for myself to see how the t-shirt transfers work. The shirt cost me $3.00 at Michael's and the letters cost me $2.49 at Michael's. The transfers I already had and the monogram on the front was made by Gwen at hitched invitations. She also made my invitations to match. Let me know what you think.
The Front
The Back

the design is SUPER cute but it really bothers me that you can see the outline of the transfer on the front.
is there a way to do it where you cut very closely around the outline and get rid of all the negative space?

The front is really cute. But like Alyssa pointed out the transfer paper is really noticeable. Maybe you had the iron on too hot? Is it that noticeable in person?

Yeah I agree, next time I am going to cut it really close. That was the one thing I didn't like either.

They look great - but as other said, cut it as close as you can to the printing. Also, cut it between things - so the space beside the flower where there's not lettering - cut that down too.
But it looks great otherwise!

I think it's cute but like the others you can see the transfer paper. I like the BRIDE on the back! Great touch!

It's cute! The others are right about the paper though. Are you giving these out to your entire party?
