If you have an idea, or a picture of what you want your ceremony site to look like, I'd send it to Chandlyn & ask her if those decorations pictured, are included in your package. This way you get an idea of what you're getting and you can see which package would accomodate your needs.
You don't want to pay extra for the Caprice package & then find out that you could've gotten the same decorations at a lesser cost in the Royal package.

Now if you bring your own sashes, whats the cost for the chair covers? Or would you bring both?

I think there would still be a charge for the chair covers even if you bought your own sashes but I'm not sure what the charge is. Maybe it would be the same. If you want to avoid being charged at all, you probably would be better off bringing both.
But, check with Chandlyn first to see what the charge would be.

Marcia "Precise Plans" can probably tell you, i think she may have used their covers but her own sashes.
