Red face I Pod Vs. DJ

I was wondering if anyone here has used a Dj and if so did you like them and who are they? I have seen a lot of people just bring their i-pods and Dj themselves but that seems like a lot of extra work for me. Please let me know good or bad on either i-pod or Dj. Thanks

I am taking my iPod and Bose sound dock. I have made playlists for every event and all someone has to do is start the playlist according to the schedule I made up. I have one for prelude, processional, ceremony, recessional, first dance, last dance, cake cutting, bridal party entrance, bouquet toss, garter toss, cocktail hour, dinner, and two playlists for the dancing. I am hoping it goes well!
