We invited about 125 people, but less than 60 are able to come... a lot of folks just couldn't afford to make the trip, or couldn't get time off. There are a lot of teachers in my family and February is the best time for us with our work schedules... plus the weather is good... but it isn't an easy time for teachers to take off! I suppose it depends on the economic status and schedule flexibility of your family and friends.
We were told that the per-head charge for people was:
Adults $80
Kids age 5-10 $40
Kids under 5 Free
Note - we booked before the prices went up last summer... I don't know if that changes things.
