Last weekend was FI's birthday and I got inspired to do some baking. Afterward I realized that I should have saved these ideas for the grooms cake! I made an iphone cake cause he loves, loves, loves that stupid phone and then I made margarita cakes (in margarita glasses) to enhance the "Cake and Cocktails" theme of the party.
I thought I would share these in case others were looking for groom's cake inspiration for either their wedding or the AHR.

Thanks -- I suppose I should admit that the margarita cakes came about because the first iPhone cake crumbled coming out of the oven. Instead of scraping it, I turned it into the margaritas which helped with the party theme. I'm almost afraid to admit how proud I was of this solution. :)
