Default Printers

Ok, I have read some threads on this already... I played with the monitor settings, printer settings, anythign possible... still not getting the right colors. So, I'm getting a new printer next week... FI is going to keep our current printer for his business when he gets a laptop...

Anyway, I was thinking of either the Canon Pro9000 or Epson Stylus Photo R1900. Anyone have either one, opinions? Can suggest a better one?

Thanks!

Default Re: Printers

I don't have either of those printers specifically, but I have an epson cx6000 that produces WONDERFUL images. I had a canon right before I got the epson and found the ink cartridges to run out VERY quickly, the inkjets clogged frequently and the overall quality was poor. From a brand name quality standpoint, I would choose the epson.
