Our date is just the closest we could get to what we wanted. I am actually getting legally married on the day we had our first date and it's the same day he proposed.

We knew it had to be in January because I'm in school and FI races cars in the summer. But 10 is special to me because its my brothers racecar number. Probably sounds weird to people, but we've been going racing together since 1986 and he's my best friend. So since we had to pick a date I went with the 10th.

I would love to get married on February 12, 2010 which is the anniversary date of the day we met but FI's daughters would be in school as well as my sister who's in college and can't miss school. So we decided on a date in the summer for our symbolic ceremony and make February 12th our legal day.

Our date is completely random. 7 is a great number though hehe (John Elways #) 1/7/09 Just worked the best for us :) Our real Anniversary is on April fools day!!! HEHE

Ours was random too! We were thinking of getting married in late January, but earlier December ended up working better (financially and for family).
I guess we kind of picked it for what it looked like too... FI likes 8 better than 9, so we're getting married in 2008 and Friday was 12.12.08 and it looked good.

Ours was random. We just new it had to be summer so our guests could travel. (A lot of them are in education).
We wanted March 23rd, our anniversary, but this year it fell on Easter and I didn't want to wait another year!

Our Anniversary is on September 6th but they were booked so we went with the 7th! Our legal day was going to be on 8-8-8 but Ryan was back to work on the 5th so we got legally married on July 24th. Completely random.

ours is special to us - 9/5/03 was our first date so 9/5/08 will be our 5th anniversary together so we get to keep our original anniversary date!
