these are probably more like Semi-DIY b/c I copied the idea from a post I saw on here. And our very own Sandra E. (who did our update newsletter) used the same leaf motif that she used in our newsletters to add a border and carry the theme through)
Here is the whole bunch of them - we still have to add the raffia ribbons to most of them:

We got the bamboo stalks at Lowe's in the nursery section and then FI cut them down to the size we wanted and made 1.5" inch slice on the top of each one to insert the card stock.
