Looking for ideas for songs for cutting the cake.
Initially I liked Hit Me with Your Best Shot by Pat Benatar, but FI says that gives him open reign to peg me with cake.
Now I'm stuck on Sugar Sugar by The Archies but am looking for what everyone else did.

but yeah, there's usually *something* playing during the cake cutting when there's a dj. usually doesn't end up being the whole song unless you spend a lot of time cake-smashing!

I really like Sugar, Sugar it's actually the song I picked. I never thought about How Sweet It is but I really think that one is great too.

We did Adam Sandler's "Grow old with you".
I also like "Love You Madly" by Cake. It was my first choice, but I forgot to tell the DJ and he didn't have it.
"I Melt" by Jason Mraz from 50 First Dates is good too. It has an island feel to it.
"How Sweet It Is" by James Taylor or Michael Buble
"Recipe for Love" by Harry Connik Jr.
