After a site visit to ELEVEN locations I have narrowed it down to Pallidium or Paradissus, I noticed there are like no Pallidium brides..does anyone know why this is?? I did read some bad reviews on tripadvisor but I don't put much credit in those, as they say bad stuff about every resort. Just wondering why this Pallidium isn't as poplular....So any info would be appreciated that would help me make my decision. Thank you!

Is it a newer hotel? The hotel we're getting married at just opened last December, so I am one of the few brides, but don't worry that doesn't mean anything bad. :) I'm sure there will be others to join you too!

Where are you talking about? In Mexico? Cancun? Cabo? I'm a Grand Palladium Bride in Punta Cana, but the Palladium chain used to be called the Fiesta chain so try searching that?

I was wondering the same thing - which Palladium? I'm assuming Punta Cana because you mentioned you're deciding between Palladium and Paradisus and I know PC has both those chains.... I'm also a Grand Palladium Bavaro bride. You should search this thread "Married or going to be married at Grand Palladium Punta Cana?", there's a few of us there :)

If you are talking about the Riviera Maya, Mexico.. I am in the same boat with you. I finally got the room block locked down with the rooms manager. Now just working on finalizing the details with the wedding planner. If there is anyone that has experience with Grand Palladium, Riviera Maya, let me know!

I am getting married at the Grand Palladium in the Mayan. I also found that there were not many GP brides on here...but on another forum I frequent there have been MANY. And they all seem to have had really great experiences, and their pics are always nice!
The resort is not that new for a pp who mentioned that it might be. Maybe 7 years old? not 100% sure on that but it has been around for at least 5 years. Maybe we should start a GP Mayan Riviera thread so we can get info from each other as time goes on!

We narrowed it down to the GP and the Paradisus - I think for us the deal breaker was that the GP did up to 7 weddings a day and the beach was really crowded which we didn't love..

I got this info from her no more than a month ago so it should be up to date!
