Who did you book your Punta Cana vacation with?

American girls, I need your help!

I was hoping you could provide me with your booking agents, or which websites offer the best rates for travel to Punta Cana. I'm arranging travel for a guest from the US, and since I am from Canada I am not certain which way is the best for getting good rates.

Here, we use websites like selloffvacations.com and itravel2000.com, and we can even book direct with some tour operators like sunwing or sunquest.

Can you list how you book your vacations/weddings?

We used TA Dina from this SITE!!!! She specializes in the DR. She has been great so far! We managed to get airfare for both of us at $1198 and trip insurance for $240/both of us and our room for 8 nights will probably range from $2500-$3300 depending on the room category !

I was wondering the same thing. I was going to get in touch with a TA in town. I also was wondering if anyone has ever just booked straight through Dreams Resort? I am a little weary about going through Dreams but it would cut the middle person out and also save some money. If anyone has done that let me know how that went or if that is a really bad idea.

oh we used Apple Vacations. We didnt have any problems and we were the only people out of 38 with a direct flight becuase USA 3000 is owned by Apple so they fly direct to Punta Cana

My TA.. Dina, has been super super helpful... even with all the questions I'm sending her way...

She's from this site... In case you haven't found some help. I tried coordinating myself for a bit, but just got lost and confused amongst the no call backs or lack of response from the WC's in Dominican Republic...

My TA has been a godsend!!!

Definately use TA Dina!

She'll find the best rate for your guest ~it'll either be better than or the same as booking with any of the sites already listed! Plus your guest will get amazing service!

Keep in mind gals that this forum is supported by booking with the BDW Ta's. It cost Tammy alot of $$ , time and effort to keep the forum up and running and Free for all of you- show your gratitude by booking with a BDW travel agent! You certainly don't want this to become a place where you would have to pay to join to get all of this amazing information and resources!

Tammy is very particular about who she let's be a TA for BDW brides and puts us through quite a process :) to become part of the forum!
