The reason we put down a deposit was to hold the prices (very good and same price for double AND single occupancy!) for that week, and obviously that will go toward the payment of mine and my fiance's ticket...
I've decided to add to our STD/Invites a small card that urges everyone to RSVP with us by the beginning of September so we can make any necessary adjustments. It might SEEM early, but for the TA it's not!
I'll word it in such a way so they realize that prices could change should they wait and there may not be availability for rooms near the group, or worse yet, no rooms at all!
