HELP need WC contact info ASAP

My mom and I are heading down to Cancun/RM tommorow, for some reason there was a micommunication and my mom only lined up transportation to our
8 site visits and NOT appointments with the WC's..so obviously I am PANICKING. I need the direct phone numbers and names for the following WC's...Please help...Thank you!!!

if there is no answer at the extention, just ask for elena. sometimes she is around the lobby. if you can't get ahold of elena ask for Cora or whoever is working in guest services.

1-877-725-4933 and then listen to your options to speak to your coordinator on-site (or an onsite coordinator, when I called this number, I was able to get to Pilar's voicemail).

Also, try contacting the FL office, maybe they can help, I know in my case, Mexico didn't get back to me, but my contact in FL was able to get the answers from the people in Mexico.

Just take a deep breath and relax...even if you don't get in touch with all of the places today...if you show up, I'm sure there will be someone there who can take some time to talk to you...and if there's not, then they obviously don't want your business and there are many other places to choose from.

and for Le Meridien I can't find her number but I think it's posted on the forum somewhere. Try going to general forum and look for this hotel specifically. I would also go to google or to Strayweddings.com and get the phone numbers (quicker than email) easily for most of these places- one stop shop!
