Default So confused...

The more I read, the more I seem to get confused...

I was only going to do just invites, but now I want to do STD with the RSVP.

I want to use the MIB, the passport booklets, and boarding passes... but I'm confused to what should be what? Should I use the MIB as the STD with RSVP or use the MIB as the invitation and have the boarding pass as the STD.

I was thinking this... boarding pass STD with RSVP, MIB as the invitation (to those that accept tentatively and family - even the ones that say no), and then have the passport to those that book with additional information (what to take, what to except, facts of the area, reminders what to have done, attire, etc)?

HELP!!!

I like the idea of the boarding pass STD with tentiative rsvp. I think I am just going to do std magnets with online rsvp. Then formal invitation with formal rsvp. I like the passport for all the info just before or at the wedding. I am about at the same stage as you, just trying to figure out what we want to do.... so many choices!

I didn't do MIB, but I'm guessing they are a little time consuming.

If it were me, I would do boarding pass STD, MIB invite, and Passport info books, which could also be time consuming.

Thanks. So I'll probably go with I somewhat had in mind... wasn't too sure though... lol.

Plus I'll probably do a final/actual RSVP with the formal invite too.

What is MIB? Sorry, I couldnt figure it out.

I just did a postcard save the date with no rsvp, and then the wedding invite will go out a few months before. The STD was basically to get people the info they need to book 6 months before.

I don't know what MIB is either??
I did my STD magnets with RSVP on our wedding website.
Then we will send out formal invitations a few months before.
Hope this helps a bit! :)

I think your plans sounds great....and time consuming. We did passport STD's. We probably included more information than what is typically on a STD, but a DW is so much different than a local wedding. The earlier the info, the better I think. In those is our website which has an RSVP feature. These are tentative until they book.
Then I think we will do a boarding pass invite with a paper RSVP.
Lastly, I think we will do some sort of newsletter towards the very end for all of those attending.

I was confused about this too, but I ended up sending my STD magnets with info on the DW and then a few months before I will send the formal invitation with the formal RSVP. Hope this helps. There are so many different ways to do things.
