I just read how you packed everything, and I think it's incredible that you are able to get everything there yourselves!
I know when I travel with my cameras, I also always carry them on, I wear the wedding outfit on the plane, and check all my other stuff.
Keep the important stuff with you, and you will be ok if the worst happens!

Looks great the GM gift of the carricature picture is such a neat idea. I think your centerpieces look great and if you changed them they probably look even better.
