Hello all,
First of all, I would like to thank you guys for your support and ideas, I'm so happy I found this website. I'm leaving on Friday, July 18 and my wedding is July 23, so here it goes:
We got engaged July 28, 2007 at the Aventura Spa Palace. Here is a picture of my e-ring and band (ignore whatever it is I'm doing with my fingers):

Invitations (sad I know, it was before I found this place, I sent my invitations back in January, I couldn't wait): 
Baby pinatas and Mexican candy as favors for kids (we have shot glasses etched with our names as favors for adults, I dont have a picture and they're all packed now): 
For the sand ceremony:
I hot glued a shell to the top of the jar and put shells inside, we will use the sand from the beach to take Mexico home with us.

We're renting umbrellas for our tables as it will be hot at 6pm, renting sound system stuff to use with our laptop, our friend will DJ. I made little "tears of joy" packets using templates I found on here. I think that's about it. Thank you guys.
