Does anyone know how to get the logo wording to curve along the top and bottom of the logo pic? I tried but all i can do is a straight across text box. i am using powerpoint.

Try using Word Art. It is the little symbol 'A' that has a shadow effect around it. it is usually found on the bottom toolbar next to the text box symbol. Hope this helps!
