Im trying to diy these for the ceremony  
I found pins at Hobby lobby just like these with the beading and wire. I was thinking I could bead some wire and wrap it around the spraypainted starfish and the actual pin....  Let me know what you think.

Maybe they are hot glue to it somehow Looking closer I dont think I will like the wire wraped around

I think you could wrap it and then put a pearl bead on top to hide it if you wanted. I'd love to see how it works out!
