They arrived last night. And well, there was a problem. The writing is in black... on a blue mug. I specifically told them white. The proof showed white. And the mugs are in black. You can't see the writing! And the proof was PERFECT! Frankly the mugs are perfect except for the black writing.
I'm sure they will fix the problem (they aren't even open yet for me to call), but I'm running out of time and I'm grumpy about it. WHY, WHY, WHY didn't they get them right the first time!?!?!?!

you will probably end up with 2 times to mugs now. so maybe you can pass out the rejects at your AHR or something. Oh, I just realized they don't have your name on them. You can probably sell the rejects for less money to someone getting married at RM. If my wedding hadn't passed I would have bought some.

My opinion is from the pic you posted you can read it just fine. So maybe you can keep the mugs but require they give you the discount for their mistake and end up with really discounted mugs! Just a thought.

I dont think they look too bad but they do look great with the white. Im sure they will fix it! If they let you keep the other ones for free.....Id probably buy them off you and you can make some $!

I know you wanted white, and I would be grumpy too, but I really do think they look great. I can read them fine in the pic.
If you wanted them to fix them though, I bet they would expedite them for you. Try not to stress.

They have to fix them for you. I would be upset too especially when they are just the way you want them in the proof. What a very stupid mistake on their part! I hope they make it right.

How annoying!!! the mugs are really terrific-however I know how you feel About getting something you ordered wrong! I hope you can get them to quickly re-do them and ship them to you for free. maybe you can keep the black ones and use them for something else  They better do something-Id complain a ton!!!
