Warning: World Wide Travel Group in NY (long)

I thought I would update this thread. I did contact the BBB and just recently heard back from them that I need to provide them with proof of what I am saying. So, tomorrow I am mailing it out to them (copy of the contract and emails). I am also mailing out letters to the Attorney Generals of CT and NY.

The most frustrating thing~ the TA still has my picture and wedding info up on her freakin website! I'm gonna flip out. I just emailed her for the second time asking her to remove it. I have not heard a peep from her since I sent the certified letter (which I know she got cuz I have the receipt with her sig.). I have emailed her once before requesting she remove my picture and my wedding details. I can not imagine why she would leave it up there, except that its totally pissing me off.

This is terrible! What happened in the end? Did you get a resolution?? I am also in Long Island and looking for a TA or coordinator for Mexico who lives locally (though I emailed Tammy last week and am waiting for a response).

Who is the TA that you ended up loving? I live in Nassau County in Rockville Centre. I would love a recommendation of a trusted place to go.

Actually, this still isn't resolved. Its so frustrating! I am using a TA in CT. You can PM me if you want her contact info. She is just a regular travel agent, not a DW specialist or anything. But I love her! But I would suggest one of the TA's on the forum. They have the DW experience and handling large groups...
