We are planning on getting married at Iberostar Del Mar and I am not sure if I should use a local TA or Mr. Iberostar (I found them on the iberostar forum) I think you can only book Iberostar through Funjet and Apple Vacations. Any advice  ??

We booked ours via a TA with Funjet.
I subscribed to Mr. Iberostar but didn't find that they gave any awesome discounts, IMO.
My family has been staying at the Iberostar for 10+ years now. We looove the chain. Hooray for Ibero weddings :) :) Congrats to ya!

Thank you. I am so glad to hear that your family enjoys the iberostar resorts. There is not much talk about them on this forum. Congrats on your wedding in just 5 days!!!!! Are you doing it at one of the Iberostars?

^^ Yep! Iberostar Punat Cana in Dominican Republic.
You're right...there are not a lot of Ibero brides on here. So we have to talk them up! :) :) :)

It depends on which Iberostar property but other suppliers/ tour operators carry them as well!
I have a wedding I am working on to Iberostar Lindo right now!
As far as the Iberostar forum- I was invited to join as an Iberostar specialist- however it was a pay to post type of situation and there was no criteria as to professionalism, experience so forth, basically you pay your money and are called an Iberostar specialist, a little scary and not a situation that I wanted to associate with.
At any rate Iberostar's are great properties!
