Do not do this on your RSVP Card!

I am now getting my RSVP cards back and I had no idea the wording on them would make people freak out.

 

Here is my card:

 

Now you will notice I thought I had cute wording for the "yes and no". Well people have been calling me and asking if they really have to bring their beach chairs. ARE YOU SERIOUS? The first person who asked me was my coworker, I told him no ding dong...your kidding right? Then the second person was my FSIL, she was so embarrassed and said she had a blonde moment.

 

A good friend of mine sent hers in and check that her beach chairs are occupied. I was worried cause she already booked her flight and room. I called her and asked her why she wasn't coming and she thought I was the one who was nuts. So now I am afraid that I will be getting no's when they really mean yes. Oh no! Now I am going to have more work on my plate.

 

Oh well, lesson learned...but don't use this veribage on yours!!!

Oh no! Hopefully, if people really are that confused, they will call or at least e-mail you.

 

I think they are cute, but then again, I am all about the DW!

Okay, I would freak out if I had surprise guests. They wouldn't have a ticket to Las Caletas.

I pretty much know everyone who has booked so far. I did get a yes for 2 who I wasn't aware that they were going. It will be interesting to see what happens.

Hahaha! I loved that! Those are adorable... but knowing some of my friends and family, I could envision that same situation.

Honestly, I kinda would question that RSVP but then I would have gotten a second opinion. I guess Im retarded too!

You can try what florida does now after the big voting mess. Now you have to check a box that you are competent to vote for your vote to count.

 

If I had one of your RSVP cards I'd be tempted to punch a hanging chad.

 

Sorry you are dealing with this. on the bright side, atleast people are sending them back.
