My TA told my FI and I to not have our guests contact her but to have a point contact (either him, me or a parent). This way the guests aren't bombarding her with questions. I just feel like I have enough on my plate then to manage all of my guests information and then getting it to her.. blah blah. I'm already stressing and this hasn't even begun.

gosh Jenny! Sorry to hear that. I chose my TA b/c she will create a Destination Wedding Packet of information for me to give my guests. Then my guests contact her directly to make their reservations. She'll also keep me updated via a guest list spreadsheet as my guests make their reservations.
Can you change at this point and have another TA handle it? If not, send a PM to Tammy. I'm sure she can provide some guidance.
