Tammy posted a map of the RIU resort in PDC and I thought it might be helpfull to post a map with the general layout of the Riviera Maya because it is such a big stretch of land. This map does not includ all the resorts but there are a good amount of them here.

So are a lot of your guests staying at different resorts, not where your wedding is?
Where are all the other resorts that we've been talking about? Dreams Cancun, Moon Palace, El Dorado and such... I will look on line and find a bigger map tonight!
Must do work, but can't! So excited and want to read ALL the past info here...

I think every bride is different but for the most part most guests stay at the same resort as the bride and grooms resort. Big reasons would be 1. to have time to spend with eachother and 2. If staying at an AI it costs money for someone to come on the property and spend the day at the resort for the wedding ceremony and reception. Almost like an admission fee.
I looked around for a map with all the resorts but I couldnt find one  . I"ll have to look harder later on tonight. | |
