Yeah, phone companies aren't that together with their rebates sometimes. I think they wnat people to forget about them...

Sorry I'm slow today but I don't get it what card are they sending you? Are you referring to the rebates you get when you first purchase a phone? The Verizon check usually comes back so quickly. Why are they sending you cards? And why is this the third one?

oh they don't send checks anymore, you have to get a pre-paid visa card now...we were planning on buying the baby swing with the card

At ATTs defense... They are not the ones who process the rebate. If you are calling them directly, they most likely have to call someone else or only have some information available.

no I called the rebate center three times now, I have a new confirm # and mailing date now...so I should get it by next week.
