I LOVE your AHR dress and the BM dress! I was considering that exact style for my BM's!! Do mind telling me how much they were? There are only 2 stores in Dallas that carry that line according to their website and I haven't had a chance to go yet.

Dont worry about the pockets in the picture you cant even tell on the dress.

Guestbook | Everything looks amazing especially your guest book. I was just wondering if you could the concept better. Is it that you DIYed the painting yourself and handed out markers for them to sign, or is it that you bought a painting from a local artist etc.
Also what did the guest use to sign the painting.
Finally, what were the instructions for signing the guestbook/painting. It's a bit hard to tell what's written in the picture.
Sorry for asking so many questions, but that idea is sheer brilliance! |

Sorry for asking so many questions, but that idea is sheer brilliance! | Thanks...The actual painting was created by my husband's cousin, she is a local artist. We gave her the idea and she created a landscape for us. I created the instructions for our guests which was placed near the painting. I had two different markers for our guests to sign with, one was a gold sharpie and the other a silver sharpie. I was worried the signatures would look too light but they came out perfect.
Here is what our instructions read:
This landscape was painted for us in place of a traditional guestbook. The inspiration of this painting came from the Zihuatanejo Bay…one of our favorite places to be ~
To make the painting complete, please sign your name and anything else you may want to include. We would appreciate if you do not sign within the water. We encourage you to be as creative as you wish, however please be sensitive to the artistic integrity.
Thank You ~
It's funny though...alot of people ended up signing in the water despite the directions and it actually turned out awesome!
Hope this helps!
