It's just a cheapo from Oriental Trading Company. They don't have them anymore, or I'd post a pic. It's a flat plastic zip-up container that you can put money or whatever you don't want to get wet at the beach. Then it rolls up and is on a lanyard. It's just a tacky something that people probably won't actually use, but it's cute and the idea is cool.

I got the plastic safe on a string thingys too, 12 for $8. They have a built in whistle and compass on the bottom. Oriental trading has saved me lots so far and I had never heard of them until this forum. Thanks everyone!
