We are doing the renewal of vows. it's $1000 less & we wanted to be able to personalize our ceremony. If you do the legal ceromony it is performed in spanish by a judge & they have to say a certain script. By doing a symbolic ceremony we are able to have the ceremony we want. I am also happy to save the money & hassle. I don't want to spend time in Mexico with legal stuff. We are going up to the courthouse next week to sign the paperwork. What do I need to say to get her to confirm?? =) | symbolic. that is why I was able to get it on the books sooner. I still get worried we are not really confirmed. There was never any official email. Just an email saying, "OK, we wrote you down." I don't know what I expect.
I don't know when I pay either. maybe I should email her again. I try not to email too much.
I was pretty persistant to get on the books in July when I did. I just wanted that set ASAP.
