You are right! She emailed me today. It's $1250 plus 10% tax. It has been pretty easy to book all my vendors on my own so far but I am worried about the day of. I feel like it's going to be so stressful and I am not sure I can handle the extra stress of making sure all my vendors are paid and on time.

I need to decide soon if I am going to use her!

I'm not using a WC. I did everything on my own and I'm not really worried about it. I do have a friend in charge the day of.

please let me know if you have any other contact info and how much it will be;
i'm also trying to do everything on my own and i hope it works out, i realized everything is way more expensive when someone else books it

I did hear back and they said I don't need to put down a deposit. I guess my date is booked. They said they will be in touch. I am not that worried about it since my wedding is next year.

They said they arrive 20 minutes before the show and I can pay them then. At least if they don't show I won't lose any money. I am not telling my guests about them so if they show great, if they don't no one will be disappointed.

Is this the email you have for them? info@lunasdefuego.com.mx. They did take a while to get back to me.

Here are the rates they sent me:
2 dancers and live music 935 usd
3 dancers and live music 1,045 usd
4 dancers and live music 1,155 usd

2 dancers, 1 musician, recorded music 660 usd
4 dancers, 1 musician, recorded music 880 usd

I received a quote from Mariana at Dreamsand the prices are a bit higher:

Fire dancer’s costs:

2 dancers, 1 musician, recorded music 725 us (15 minutes show)

4 dancers, 1 musician, recorded music 970 us (15 minutes show)

I don't want to have to pay extra for services that I can book myself, but I can't get a hold of them...maybe I should just pay the extra $$ and not worry about it?

i booked them june 2008 and it did take them a while to get back to me....they only sent me one email after 4 weeks and 1 confirmation...
but they did show up and it was an amazing show that everybody loved.

the hotel was going to reserve the same thing for more....
i got it directly through them for less:
i got 4 dancers, 1 musician and recorded music for $880
