I agree that Hobby Lobby and JoAnn are better than Michaels.
Having worked with Sarah, I would highly recommend her. The theme for my wedding planning seems to be finding out things too late. If I had known Sarah could so STDs and programs and anything else you can dream up, I would have paid her double just to save myself the hassle! ANd because she's awesome! :)
