trouble getting in touch with wedding coordinator????

Has anyone had trouble or are having trouble getting in touch with the wedding coordinator at Dreams punta cana regarding getting a wedding date?....I been trying to contact them for two weeks via phone messages and email and i still haven't heard back from them.....How long did it take you to get a wedding date?.....thanks

Hi. Sometimes it could take that long initially. the last time i heard from my WC was 5/4/08...sometimes she replies fairly quickly and other times they must be so busy that they cannot reply as quickly...try to forward your original email to her again and see. Maybe your email slipped through the cracks somehow...so it would be good to send it again, just in case. good luck. keep me posted. :)

I am glad that I spok to former brides in Zihua about the frequency of communication. It took a little patience to understand that outside the US things happen a little...differently. It was a true test of patience. Hang in there girl!!!

I have been working with Dreams Cabo and it took a little time, hang in there! I know it is hard, because you are excited and want to get invites out and start planning. Just keep contacting them and be sure all your questions are answered! We gave them dates we were looking at and it helped. I had a lot of nervous energy, so I worked on the template for our invites & the guest list, I got it all ready, so all we had to do was plug in the date! Hang in there:)

I think Dreams, Punta Cana is working in slow motion lately...I haven't sent a few emails and haven't heard back from them. Must be a busy wedding time for them!

I originally was booking with Dreams PC but i hadn't heard from the coordinator for over 2 weeks, so i got a little nervous and switched resorts. But at that time, dreams was still chaning over from Sunscape. I think they ended up getting a new wc during the time i was trying to contact them. I was in the beginning of booking everything and my nerves were on overdrive. So i decided to switch because i couldn't handle going through that for a whole year. but since then, i know that Dreams does a lot of weddings and it is wedding season right now. So i wouldnt' worry about it, just shoot them another email saying that your concerned that you haven't heard from them. That might help.

I finally got a hold of them my wedding date is december 12 2008,
just need to wait on time....has anyone had Majellina as a wedding coordinator?....thanks

Ive been dealing with Miguelina via email and I even spoke to her once on the phone. Lately she has been very slow at replying to my emails but I think mostly is due to the wedding season. I'm glad you got your date though. :)
