9 hour layover not mentioned!

Wow, where is the layover? I did not even know that was possible from Cuba, that is crazy. Who are you flying with? Did you find the trip yourself or did your TA arrange it from the beginning?

I am so sorry you are dealing with this, that is not fun at all. I used the same TA for my wedding and we did not have any problems like this, just some little ones where people where in the wrong rooms, but nothing so drastic.

That's crazy... 9 hours!! and your TA didn't tell you about it, you should try to find out if she can put you on a different flight and if there's a fee to change the TA should pay for it since she fail to communicate this information.
